PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY:

Members must refrain from taking photos of other members without explicit consent. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all individuals within the community.​

RESPECT FOR ALL STAFF AND MEMBERS:

Treat all staff and fellow members with courtesy and respect. Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting respectful behavior.​

REPRESENTING THE BRAND:

Guests accompanying a member are considered a reflection of that member.Expectation of respectful behavior to maintain the positive image of Casa De Lobo.​

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY:

We adhere to standard restaurant protocols regarding our cancellation policy. To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have outlined the following guidelines:

Last-Minute Cancellations (Within 24 Hours of Reservation):

- We take last-minute cancellations and no-shows very seriously.

- Any no-shows or cancellations will be under review for future reservations.

Cancellation Fee:

- A fee of $25 per person will be applied to the credit card on file in case of a no-show or cancellation.

- We kindly request that any cancellations to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Guest Arrival Time:

- To ensure everyone enjoys the full experience, we request that all guests arrive on time.

- A grace period of 15 minutes is provided after the initial reservation time.

- After that, we reserve the right to give your table to another party.​

Dress Code:

- Please dress to impress. Casa de Lobo reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire.

No vaping or electronic smoking devices are permitted on the premises.​
